Sal began teaching in New York in the early 70’s, he continued to teach in New Orleans, and he’s been teaching here in Atlanta for the past 30 years. He has taught at AIM, (Atlanta Institute of Music), Jennings Music, Ken Stanton Music in Woodstock and he teaches privately. He teaches students who want to learn to “read” music. It takes discipline, and dedication to learn to play guitar. Even at this age, Sal is still studying, practicing, and putting that practice into always trying to better his playing .
